"Awesome experience"
Awesome experience! This marks my fourth order with Relimobility, and once again, they didn’t let me down. I chatted with a couple of folks on the helpline, and they were super helpful—nothing was too much trouble. The delivery showed up right on schedule. I didn’t opt for next-day delivery, but one of my items arrived the very next day—score!
The product was packed nicely and was exactly as described! I’ll definitely be back for my fifth round 😊.

"Bought a Rollz flex 2 rollator"
I got myself a Rollz flex 2 rollator, and it showed up the very next day. I'm really happy with the rollator since it was exactly what I needed. Fantastic service from RM, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this company down the line.

"Great company to deal with"
I found this company while searching online for a rollator. From the initial contact to buying my Rollz Motion, the service was top-notch. They even set up a visit from the Rollz sales director to my home so I could check out and try the product based on my requirements. Relimobility was quick to respond to my additional questions, and I’ve now gone ahead and bought the Rollz. The delivery was super fast, and the pricing was quite reasonable. I plan to get more products from this company in the future.

"Looking for 3 function clips for rollz..."
I was on the hunt for 3 function clips for my rollz motion rollator and stumbled upon ReliMobility, which offered the best deal along with affordable shipping. My package showed up today right on schedule and in perfect shape. I don’t usually give props for deliveries, but this one was a real gem. BIG THANKS FOR A RARE TREAT!

"Awesome Business"
They had the scooter we were looking for available at a fantastic price, plus they provided delivery to Northern Ireland. Sadly, UPS decided not to deliver it for no clear reason, but John jumped right on it, ensuring the item was returned to them, and then he put in a lot of effort under tough conditions to locate another courier who could deliver it at a fair price.
John was super dedicated to getting our order to us promptly, always polite and had all the info we needed whenever I called. The scooter is amazing, but the service from this company is even better.

"Unpleasant experience with customer support!"
I called up customer support to ask a simple question. Which size rollator should I purchase? Instead of the promised friendly assistance, I encountered a VERY rude woman who informed me that I should contact the supplier (which is fair enough), but I figured since they sell this specific brand, they could assist me. Nope. The way she communicated was just awful customer service... so dismissive and impolite.

Fantastic customer experience! Delivery was super fast. Items showed up in excellent shape. There's a wonderful selection of wheelchairs at really reasonable prices. Couldn't be happier!

"This product does the job"
This product does the job! I got it to assist my wife with the knobs on the cooker and similar items, but sadly, my wife, who has Alzheimer’s, is having a tough time managing it!

"Received My Rollator for Going Out..."
I got my rollator for going out delivered last week, and I’m really happy with it. However, the bag isn’t too secure; it tends to fall off. Plus, when I’m sitting on the rollator, it could be a breeze for someone to grab it off the hooks since I’m facing the other direction. Your service was fantastic, and the parcel showed up safe and sound. Thanks a bunch!

"Shopping Experience with Relimobility"
I had a pretty solid experience with Relimobility. After checking out different sellers, I ended up buying an Acre Overland Rollator from them. "Just got my flexifoot crutches..."
I got myself a pair of flexifoot crutches from this company. I'm really happy with them; they're a top-notch product. The grip on the floor is definitely improved thanks to the flexi ferrules. They don’t slide around on wet surfaces. The team took care of my order super fast and were really helpful as well. I’d highly recommend them and will definitely shop here again.

"Thrilled with the Rollator!"
The byAcre overland rollator showed up in no time. My sister had no trouble unpacking it for my mum's use. My mum is absolutely thrilled! It’s really boosted her confidence in getting around on public transport. We even managed to take it on a trip abroad. She loves how it looks (a bunch of folks have mentioned it), so she doesn’t have to sacrifice her style at all!

"Happy with the item and cost"
Happy with the item and cost. I wish the brakes could be secured instead of depending on squeezing the levers manually. It can feel a bit rough on bumpy ground.
